This one is one I never thought I would be able to accomplish at my stage of training. Here are some stats... I just got back into my groove after about 2 months of slacking off. I weigh in at about 135 lbs. Today was shoulder and calves. Unfortunately, I don't have anything to say about my shoulders, however, when I was doing my calf extensions, I did more weight than I have ever done. I put 200 lbs on my shoulders as if I were going to do squats, than, from the floor, I did my calf extensions. 2 sets of 15 to end my calf workout. :) Talk about extra motivation. Thanks for all the past encouragement and advice.

-------------- Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. - -- Aristotle
