i where to work out with this pinch nerve in my back or what ever it is but just do some light weights or something just to see how i would feel after i did it i am chomping at the bit on this idea what do you think....

whoa tiger! LOL I am with you I have not lifted since sept 23. So I know how you feel....ask your doc you DO NOT want to cause permanat damage..

Hmmmm yes and no. Of course you could still try but then protect your back by holding it hard against bench, no arching etc

It's your body jnellie and try to feel what you can do......
