I just measured my biceps for the first time since November. they were 12" in Nov and now are 15" !!!! I couldn't believe it. I guess you dont notice when you look at them every day. This is the stuff that keeps me motivated. I would be curious to hear how other people have made out after checking measurements.

It's great isn't it? And you're right... we see ourselves everyday, so we tend not to notice!
Good job!

Though the scale's a bit dodgy, it can add or minus a lbs or two depending on how I stand. So from now Im not gonna weigh myself ti'll the end of my 8 week program even though i doubt I can do that, hehe.

i'd just recently measured my biceps, and i thought i was doing pretty good... then i turned on the tv and they had a world's strongest man competition going on on ESPN... i was used to reading how those guys' biceps are 21'' average, but they way i see it, they kind of look, well, "fat"... i know they're pretty huge, but i don't really get all that impressed in seeing big guns unless the guy's pretty cut...
well, anyhoo, so this one guy (i can't remember his name from teh top of my head right now, but) that was commenting on the events for ESPN... he was holding the mic.. holy mother of morpheous... his arms were gigantic! i flexed my thighs right there just to compare size with him, but his biceps outsized my entire body folded in the shape of a huge bicep... that was sick! heh...

Good job buddy...on the arms that is. You gotta good sense of humor. Measure your legs today, then tell us how big they've gotten in, say, 4 months. I'm not being a wise-ass this time...try it.:):dumbbell:

i measured myself in january, then again two weeks ago and it was amazing how much change there was in some body parts. I was getting frustrated because i thought i wasn't making any progress, but the tapemeasure proved me wrong.

I just had an idea, since I haven't been noticing much change in my size, I'm gonna measure myself sometime this week, and record it. Then I'm gonna measure myself on June 28 since that's my birthday, I think it'll be the best present I can give myself. I'll post back here the difference and how much I grew if I remember by then, I think I will.
