workout for thinner waistline and tummy

hey you all, i need your help for my girlfriend, see she have a great body except her tummy and waist is getting a bit out of shape. she's 5'9" and weights 165lbs. i guess her waist is 32". i must say that i love her body, she have a huge butt and man do i love it. for me if her tummy and waist can be reduce she'll have a perfect body for me. i don't want her to become mscular just want her tummy and waist to be reduce. anyone with a workout that will focus on these two areas please let me know of it.

Back to the classic "you can't spot reduce" idea... you say you like her "huge butt" and only want her wait to get smaller.. but that won't happen.. if she decreases her bodyfat her wait will go but so will her "huge butt".. guess you can't have one without the other...

I love your name pickle pork lol anyway with your girl friend fireloard is very right of saying that you cannot spot reduce.

The best thing she can do is to follow an exercise program which will make her get toned, do some cardio at least 3 times weekly and follow a healthy diet.

Hey pickle! I'm sorry to say that the butt will be reduced, but it certainly won't be flat, it might even be a little rounder if she starts working out. I think it's a win win situation.

The name does remind me of pickled pigs feet...is that the same thing? LOL

Anyway, do YOU want her waist to be slimmer or does she? If she does, then she should follow an exercise program (preferably an FT progam). :-)

both of us agreed that the waist is getting out of shape but i don't her to ose her butt, come on ladies (gentlemen) it means a lot to me. please give me something i can swallow.

my friends at high school gave that name and it stuck with me to this date. if focuss is placed primarily on her middle section wouldn't it help? i don't mind she get a body tone to be honest, my main target is the middle section.

i did gather and exercise program from ft i guess i'll have to use that to achieve what she wants.

Like others have already said, spot reduction cannot be achieved! She needs to begin a workout routine and involves a lot of cardio. And, she'll have to modify her diet. You can place as much focus on the ab section as you want but all you'll end up doing is make that muscle stronger!

look at it this way...if your girlfriend reduces her waist and her bum also gets smaller she can do exercises to build some glute muscles to keep the bum "filled out". I bet you will still love it as much.

I sympathise with your girlfriend, considering my measurements are the same as her's, 5'9" and 165lbs. Though I don't have the big butt I do have the waist problem. I was hoping that I could target that area, but it looks as if I am mistaken. My problem are my sides, not the front of my stomach. Any suggestions for this area?

Do oblique exercises but you will still have to do cardio to reduce bodyfat. Look on the FT exercises, they have great targeting exercises. Good luck.

You need to stretch and tone your waist. Cardio and diet as well. As Lisa says, look on the FT exercises (I love the "broom" exercise!! great thing!)

hey yall, am 18 female and i have a tummy i wont lie am 5`1 and i wight 161.And i have ni idea how to take it off i have been looking out for food and everyting its all in my tummy. can you please help i cry myslfe to sleep because of this i can`t take it anymore please HELP HELP:(
