Just wondering what others would suggest on this situation:
I am currently 5'7 164 lbs, and have been working out (mainly cardio) for the past year. I have a Christmas party to attend early December, and am willing to do the extra 'workouts' to look my best in a special slinky dress.
Currently, I do Cardio for 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week during my lunch hour at work, but am debating adding another session everyday after work.
If I do, what would you suggest I do to optimize my results??- add another hour long Cardio, or weights routine after work??

I'd add a full body resistance routine 2-3 days per week and cut your cardio to 3 days per week, but keep the cardio intense(HIIT). Grab a FT weight loss and definition exercise program from this site. Focus on a clean diet. You've only got a month, but you should be able to tighten up a bit. Any weight loss over 2 lbs/week is not healthy. Once your party is over...keep it up...the benifits will be worth it.
-------------- Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.
