what weight punch bag should i get?

as a boxer ill tell you this much, its not so much how much the bag weighs vs. how dense it is, if you can hit hard and got a pair of glovces, get a dense bag that way it wont swing around too much...

What you want to use the bag for greatly determines what size and weight you want to purchase.

hi, im considering getting a punch bag, but i was wondering if anyone would help me decide which one to get? What weight would be good for a 15, goin on 16, year old who weighs 128lbs?

Also does anyone know any good UK site where i can get a bag from? the best one i found is http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk. anyone got any better ones?

Depends on what your using it for, and how you feel. I am happy with a 25lb bag. Its small for some, so it might be good for you.
