Bench press 'alone' doesn't give you muscle mass buddy. Its calorie consumption, training variation, protien intake, etc. UP YOUR PROTEIN INTAKE TO 1 GRAM PER POUND OF BODY WEIGHT. EX: if you weigh 180 lbs, take in 180 grams per day. UP YOUR CALORIES WITH CARBS. GO HEAVY IN THE GYM BUT KEEP THE REPS ABOVE 6 AFTER WARMING UP WITH LIGHTER WEIGHT. GO WITH LIGHT OR MODERATE WEIGHT ON YOUR SECONDARY EXERCISES. TRY TO TRAIN ONE BODY PART PER DAY, IN ORDER TO GAIN MASS, YOU DON"T WANT TO EXHAUST THE MUSCLE...it needs rest and time to heal between workouts. SO, TWO DAYS ON AND ONE DAY OFF, or however you can spread out the time. REST IS VITAL TO GAINING MASS. DON"T OVER DO IT IN THE GYM. Just because you are doing 20 different exercises for one muscle doesn't mean you are gaining mass, trust me, try to avoid that because your muscles will get pissed-off at you. Good Luck. Oh, and please fill out your profile with some info so we can better help you. Thanks
-------------- May the lift be with you.
