What foods are harder for you to resist?

I am wondering what foods, whether it be ice cream, candy, cakes, cookies, breads, etc. are hardest for you to resist, turn away from, ignore as they scream out to you from your pantry or refrigerator or the shelf at the check out, that seem out to sabatoge your healthy eating. The reason I am asking is that I am curious to find out if these foods happen to be very high in carbs and the most common answer of all (which may be chocolate??) if you all could help me out. If you have more than one devilish temptation, go ahead and list them all. After a week or so, I will tally up what we have and list the top tortures! Thank you all in advance!

My biggest downfall would most likely be a toss up between chocolate and bread. It is easier to keep the chocolate out of the house and out of my face at restaurants, but the breads....ohhh, I love sandwiches, I love hot rolls, I love fresh baked bread (lots of butter) - I have turned to whole grain in my house and hope that helps.

Pizza!!!!! Pizza, pizza, pizza, and more pizza. Pasta also, pasta, pasta, pasta and more pasta. You might as well throw in a cheesesteak when I got Philly. UMMMMM Cheesesteaks!

I have to say my biggest weakness is eating anywhere but home. What can you eat these days besides Subway and a white rice chicken bowl?? Everything else is evil.

Living in the great culinary city of Montreal it is hard to resist everything. The souvlaki's, the pizzas, the sausages, oh and the chinese food, not to mention the sushi, oh ya and the steamed hot dogs!
Then to wash this all down with a Heinekin!
Thjats why I work out and eat healthy! (most of the time)!
Forgot, the Krispe Kremes that just moved into Montreal!
So, thats what is hard for me to resist!

My chocolate flavoured protein shake seems to curb my chocolate cravings (although they were never that big)
Now all I need to do is find a red wine and cheese protein shake and I'll be sorted!

There are so MANY things. I try to keep it healthy but my food vices that I buy are Ice cream, full-fat cheese, DARK chocolate and Cap'n Crunch.

My other problem is my job, which keep me in a chair at a computer for 60+ hours a week. Then, they feel guilty for keeping us so long so they feed us. And it's rarely good-for-you food.:(

Krispy Kremes I love. The office space next to ours is a marketing firm and they just got the Krispy Kreme account for South Florida. so KK brought donuts into them, and they gave our office TEN dozen donuts.. BUT i didnt even have one
