You're kidding, right? Tell me that was meant as a rhetorical question.

How serious are you about your training, your health, your lifestyle? I think an honest answer to that will answer your own question....

Hey man, don't listen to these guys trying to tell you a sip of alcohol will turn you into a piece of shit that isn't worthy of associating with their meat head asses. Sure, if you drink a lot and don't understand the affects it will mess anything up, but you know when it is getting out of hand and when you should slow up so just keep a handle on it and have fun while keeping a good exercise routiine.

Anybody who kids themselves about it being okay to drink any alcohol is not serious about weight training. So, stop wasting everyone's time.

Hold on.....If you are training and dieting to lose weight, forget alcohol. It stops all fat burning in the body, and thats why I wouldn't even have one beer if I was trying to lose fat. And I love a good Heinekin. Justmy 2 cents! Why would you want to put all that work and effort into yourself , lets say today, and finish a six pack on your 3 days off? Doesn't it defeat the purpose?
Qusetion for you cop? How long does alcohol take to leave your system? I heard it is 1 hr for every drink, is that fact or myth? Just wondering.
