Good health and confidence. Also knowing that I built it, and can change it, which interpits good success. Along with a great hobby.

I would say chics, but I'm married. I think having more strength and a well developed body and being healthy is a huge confidence booster, as stated above. With confidence comes self esteem.

First and foremost is health benefits, sound nutritional habits and a healthy lifestyle. The offshoot from that happens to be a great physique. When I was in High School, I always played sports, but hated to be picked on the "no shirts" team! I had that pirates dream( sunken chest), and I was so skinny! Now it feels pretty cool to take off my shirt or wear a tank top and know people envy you instead! And second most, I love the sport of bodybuilding. I cannot ever imagine not doing it! After 2 days of not feeling that bar in my hands, I start getting ancy for that next workout!

Better health, better physical performance. If I ever need to chase down and beat a purse snatcher, I'd like to know that I could.
