I am so wondering that why i feel i lost some weight but when i scale i didn't lose any pound. How come? Thank you

probably because you have actually lost some inches without actually losing the numbers. This is normal and sometimes you can see an increase in weight as well but the clothes still feel loose. Try not to focus on the numbers so much as how you feel. Keep on going, you are doing great!:)

muscle weighs more than. Maybe you did the coolest thing ever lose a pound of fat for a pound of muscle YEAH BUDDY

I agree that most likely you have added muscle mass. However muscle takes up less overall space than fat. IT does not weigh more than fat, just takes less space.

really? i was always under the impression that muscle was denser than fat therefore weighed more despite taking up less space??

A pound is a pound whether it be fat or muscle or feathers or bricks. Yes, it is denser, which means that it is more compact. A pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat. Like a 1 lb. brick takes up less space that 1 lb. of feathers. So if you gain five pounds of muscle and lose five pounds of fat you will weigh exactly the same but you will be smaller in size.

the myth is bunked here, but its a smarter way of calling it. Muscle is more dense takes up less space soundes like per square inch it weighs more just my 2 cents
