You cannot spot reduce, sorry, but you keep doing what you are doing and you will see results. Make sure you are doing the workouts correct. Many people make the mistake that I did when I was very thin and just wanted some ab action, until a concerned trainer told me that I was not pulling in my stomach while doing my ab workouts, thus not getting the full effect. Make sure you are pulling your stomach in - but breathe! I don't know what you mean by "club it with" but FT has a great program, so hang in there!

You have to stick with the program long term, the changes occur in different places at a time.
There's no exercise that will target the fat in your tummy, unfortunately. You have to reduce the fat overall, and your own body decides where to take the fat from.
Too bad for us it usually saves the belly fat for very last!!

And the thing is i want flat stomach , this is my prime importance, somebody suggested me that i will start joggin, so seriously thinking bout that.

Crunches can help with definition....do regular, than put your foot on your opposite bent knee and do crunches to the side. Another grueling one is to do a crunch, but before you go back to floor, release your arms from behind your neck and stretch them out in front of you toward your knees and then bring arms back behind neck and lower head to floor. The hanging exercise is real good that they show here, where you hang from a bar and then bring your knees up as you twist. You can also lie flat on your back with hands at your side and bring just your pelvic up off the floor, squeezing your abs tight - do not let lower back off of floor.
