After three months of 30 min cardio sessions on the elliptical trainer, I made my long term goal last night! I put away 5 km in my 30 min session, which is actually lots because strides are different on the machine. To make it even better, the guy I've had a thing for since Sept. stopped me to chat on the way to the water fountain. What a night!

5 kms in 30 mins is quite fast!! My gym got an elliptical trainer as well and it takes between 7 to 10 mins just to do ONE km!!!
Nice one!
Now what about doing some interval training as well?

I do the allegro section of the center work for ballet. It's a series of high intensity exercises that get the blood pumping and muscles working at the same time. It's very similar to circuit training.
