After todays workout, I tested my max bench. 3 months ago it was 185lbs, today I got up 225lbs!!!! That is more than I lifted in High School. I only weighed 105lbs then, but I really don't care!!! I beat my all-time becnh max!!! YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

how come i can only do 80 lbs? my max is 100 with 1 rep.. hmm,,how do i get stronger?
