If I start a full-body workout routine, instead of doing the same total body workout every other day can I switch up the workout?
Example:
Day A Day B: And So On...
lunges calf raises
military press front dumbbell raise
chin-ups pull ups
standing curl concentration curl
bench press chest flye
tricep kickbacks dips

If just beginning, a full body workout 3 days per week is ideal. As weird as it sounds, you have to get your body 'ready' to workout. Full body workouts are ideal for this.

Yes. That is not a problem at all.

However, when doing total body, you are looking to use bigger, compound exercises. I don't see why front raises are chest flyes would be your main movements when there are so many compound variations.

And I don't see why tricep kickbacks would ever be used. In any routine.
