Hey gues mikeys back....have a question...can u have too much fat free yougurt in a day..like i want to know if i have say breakfast at 630(oatmeal,bannana, and oj) then 930(oj and yogurt) 1230(fruit yougurt)400 dinner 6 preworkout(creatine) 730 post workout(proteing bar and yougurt)900 snack(yougurt).......thats my plan can u tell me what i need more of or less of in my diet also i would love to hear anything else i can do for a diet!

I don't think the yogurt in and of itself would be bad... but think of the consistancy and the consistancy of the other food you are eating.... I think in the end it may mess you up.(like visiting the "lil' boys room" alot you also need to figure out how that will work into your overall spread of protiens/carbs and fats etc.

One thing to realize about yogurt..check the sugar content. Try to vary your diet somewhat.

i take lowfat yogurt. but it has aspartame in it to sweeten it up a bit. is that bad?

You need to find out your total daily calorie needs and then incorporate all the yogurt you eat (don't forget the veggies!!).
BB1fit is right about checking the sugar content though.......

I think excessive intake of any one food is unhealthy. You need to have variety in your diet.
