Not at all...unless you are on a strict diet. Then, you can substitute skim milk for regular milk. Egg whites are a great source of protein! I assume you do not eat these together in one sitting...right?
I eat around 10 egg whites daily.... and cottage cheese and milk are great sources of protein (as Rob said). No prob with that, just choose the low fat ones.
