my goal is to tone all my muscles and get them defined. and im the type of person who likes rapid results but safe progress. i know you shouldnt workout the same muscle groups 2 or more days in a row. however, how safe is this DAILY workout plan: workout all muscle groups a little bit each day. this means to workout every muscle groups just to the point you feel a little bit of fatigue and stop. and do the exact same thing, with the exact same muscle the next day and so on and so forth. how safe is that? and if it safe at all, how quick will i see results? does that seem like an accurate toning/definition workout program?

Oh you can do 15 mins of exercise daily, not a problem, it's safe BUT if you worked harder and more effecient your muscles let's say max twice a week, you'll get a lot better and a lot faster results.
Easy as that.

I agree that training hard each body group even only once a week, you will see faster results and better results.
