A certification with a top notch organization is needed. There are many who advertise CT through magazines and such. One thing to be aware of with these, when you take a client in to a club to train them, some are very picky about who your are affiliated with. Some clubs will not even allow you to train clients there if they don't like your affiliation. So be careful, choose wisely. It may be a good idea to go to the club where you think you will be doing most of your training at and ask them who they like. Hope this makes some sense, and good luck to you.
