To flex or not

On the seated dumbell curls i can do alot more weight if i do not flex my biceps at the top of each contraction, shall i keep low weight and flex or more weight and not flex (the flexing thing exhaust me lol..)

Well you know we are suppose to make things difficult for ourselves which will stimulate muscle growth!

Don't jump over the fence where it's lowest! (o;

Mind into muscle. "feel" the muscle you are trying to work, and use FROM..full range of motion. Remember the basics.
