Same here. When I started eating more again the first thing to add size was my waist. Since then everything else has increased in mass and it has remained constant but it still sucks. You work so hard to get lean and then poof it's gone.
I am trying to add a quite bit more strength, ok allot more!
To do so I must eat more, keep pushing heavy as I can then eat even more and get some rest.
Well as we eat more we add some fat and this I hate, I hate it with a passion.
But I love the way my strength is climbing so I'll be a person that looks damn good with his shirt on this summer what a bummer!
Don't get me wrong I'm not even chubby but I just hate having anything giggle around my belly but my body type loves to store fat at the slightest hint of excess in calorie intake.
