what i have learned in my newly found and permanent lifestyle is this:

When you eat good foods every few hours, you are never hungry. never being hungry means rarely craving foods you should not have. when i am full, i do not crave alcohol or any teratogens either.

All I crave is my next workout!

THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING!!

Thanks to the people and all the helpful members here at freetrainers.com for providing such a great site with such great advice. Its so nice to see everyone pulling for eachother rather then people trying to out do one another.

It seems to me lately that I've been eating all day... I have my three main meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, but seem to continually snack throughout the day... apples, other fruit, pretzels, yogurt and cottage cheese... is this method okay, too? I don't seem to really have the five or six small meals...

TimDay, in my opinion, your diet is just fine. So long as you're getting your RDA of vitamins and minerals and sticking to a healthy sleeping pattern you're good to go.

on the snacking - how many calories are you snacking on? if you aren't eating too much for what you are trying then that is great - I'm trying to lose weight so I have the don't eat too much on my mind at this moment
