well the mri on my neck came back negative now it is on the neurologists for a emg test ....this test should show where the damage is in the nerves for i am getting left arm pain now and he wants to rule out ms......what else can go wrong oh well i guess i wil not be working out for a while...take care...

well they ruled out ms which is super news the bad news is i have a pinch nerve in my wrist,and lower back and stretched nerves in my neck he has to do a report send it to my dr and take it from there.....well at least i finally found out what is wrong no more good morning exercises for me...lol..lol later

well here it is the official diagnosis brachial plexus they are nerves that go from the neck to the shoulder and arm..bone spur in the neck hitting the nerves that run to that ones i mention ..and the pinch nerve in the lower back..i start physical therapy tonite for my arm and shoulder and have a cortisone shot on jan 7 so maybe i will be working out again in a month or so i hope take care....

well i have finished 2 weeks of physical therapy and i am feeling a little better..my therapist said probaly 2 more weeks of therapy and i should be all set i sure hope so i think there is an end to all this in site...well happy new year....
