Basically, it is a tool designed to isolate your biceps when curling. Your arms are locked in place so you won't swing back and forth. A no cheating tool.

yeah, it is but an aid as mentioned in the post. There are a zillion things like this out there. Be careful what you spend your money on, train well and you will get results if your diet warrants it.

If your shoulders or arms swing while doing biceps, you are going to heavy. Save your money!

Well there is always some sort of swing when you are curling. I am currently doing a mass cycle so I tend to sway a little. I don't swing uncontrollably, but it is there. I would just like a little more control. I heard that the arm blaster really isolates your biceps when curling. I can't wait to recieve mine.

Good luck with it traderhines. The thing about gaining is you have to "cheat" a bit to gain. If you do the same weight you can do a strict rep with, how do you induce overload into the muscle. Controlled cheating (constant exposure to heavier loads) is a must to grow.

Thank you bb1. I know you have to cheat a little bit to gain, but barbel curling can sway me and I just don't like it. I max out at 135lbs when using the barbells. I can get up 3 clean reps, but tend to cheat on the last 2. I figure it would be more beneficial to have that strictness on those last two. Call me a perfectionist.

Really, That's exactly what I need. If I have to lower the weight, that's fine. I just need that deep burn.
