I have stuck to my program of doing cardio, weight training and controlling my junk food urges for only 1 month. I look more leaner than before. I also have more energy throughout the day. Everyday I browse through the forum and learn something new. I appreciate everyone's participation and tips.
I know usually people are gung-ho during the first 2 weeks. I said to myself to stick with it for a month. It didnt have to be a perfect program but I will stick with it no matter what. With the results I have seen I am more motivated to go through another month. I just wanted to say thanks.
