The other day I caught a reflection of a reflections reflection of this girl at the gym and I said to myself "I wish my body looked like that". Then I realized -that girl WAS me! I guess I didn't realize it until I didn't think it was me.
In the past year, I've gone from 130 to 115 pounds, 20-something to just over 10% body fat, and from a scared skinny girl to a person of confidence. I'm in the shape of my life and things can only get better from here. I've almost (one more exam) earned certification as a fitness instructor specializing in resistance training and help other people reach their own goals.
I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the incredible members of freetrainers who have given me advice and support. My transformation (squishy caterpillar to "iron butterfly") would not have been possible without each of you. Thank you for your inspiration and motivation. Thank you for helping me become the person I've been waiting to be.
-I really didn't intend this to be so emotional, but it just kinda came out. Thanks everybody.
