I'm being forced to go suit shopping with the brides maids for an upcoming wedding (don't ask, just assume the whole thing sucks). I went to a personal trainer a couple of times years ago and he told me there was a way to temporarily look thinner fat-wise and buffer-muscle wise, but I got too interested in the weight training and forgot to pursue it, so I never asked him about it after that. So, I was wondering if there was anyone who might know how I can look better temporarily so that I can get past this damn experience.

Ummmm...only thing I can come up with is a mirror in a fun house.:laugh:

Seriously...can't say I've heard of anything like this with the exception of carrying yourself taller, as in posture and confidence.

You might try a body shaper from the lingerie department.

Um I heard that corsets do a nice job LOL but as a guy you may not want to use one.

Get a suit that fits really well, the way you are now. Stand up tall and proud and be confident! Enjoy yourself....it'll all be done before you know it! You'll look great!!

I can't believe I paid that guy $50 an hour. What a waste.

as for the tape thing, my G/F's and I have used clear packaging tape in a pinch for backless halter style gowns, but I'm not too sure in what sense a guy could apply tape. (btw-removal hurts)

avoid double brested suits, they make you look fat and are un-fashionable

I'm always proud when one of my posts becomes a fashion tutorial. :)
