I'm back in the gym after a very long time (7years). I am going to use creatine 700mg tables 3 before and 3 after training with protien supplement after session. any advice to other assistance and timings

Do some more research on this site on creatine. There have been some very good discussions on the various timings, ways to take, etc.

i agree with ecle5c however I do reccomend if it has been 7 years I would wait on the creatine for the first month because you are going to lose some water weight and muscles respond well to the first shock, the creatine in my opinion doesnt help then....wwait for the intial great gains to taper off with your lifts then if you want start the creatine

Yeah, wait as your body will make fanstastic strides without creatine. If you take it too early, how will you know that it even worked?

And what kind of pills? For the most part, pills usually aren't top quality.

take powder, very effective mix in post workout shake or something, and don't do a loading phase just a cheap gimmick
