So.. I am going to California in May and I will be spending alot of time on the beach with my boyfriend, so of course I will be showing some stomach, && well, even thought I am not fat, and I am pretty skinny. I still have this little pug and no muscle that is noticeable at all.
I really wanna get some type of muscle to show off, because right now I am really self conscience of that little pug.
I have been running && doing some sit ups and crunches 5 times a week for three weeks, and sadly I have NO results.
What else can I possible do to be ready for the summer, with muscle?
