is it ok to do stomach cruches and exercise the obliques every day

You should get some rest in your abs as they are a muscle and muscles need time to heal. Try doing them every other day, you may find that this will help.

Yes you'll get better results working your abs every second day.
Don't forget when weight training, with every single movement you work your abs statically.

exactly..

the best rule is to listen to your body.. but generally hits all 4 areas of your mid section every other day with a proper diet and cardio and you'll have great abdominals in no time.
