somedays i'm not stisfied........

and not for u dirty minds , not like that lol. resently i have switching my routines around a lil bit, for my core lifts( squats, dealifts etc) i been focasing more on my speed and strength try to get a lil more size on me and not just body build all the time......whe usually i squat 315 for say 10 reps, now i warm up with that and do 8 with 350 7 with 375 6 with 385 5 with 405 4 with 430.....maybe lower reps depening on how i feel, i been doing this for my cleans and leg presses as well going and doing 100lbs for 9 reps for 3 sets...........now its been a while since i moved this much weight, my question is the next day or on my off day( that i dont work out) i'm starving........i mean theres ntohing in the house i won't eat
breakfast
*4 eggs scrambled, 3 pieces lean bacon, glass milk, glass o.j, 2 peices of whoel wheat toast
2 hours later i hungry again so i ate
*2 pork chops, with green beans, and stem mixed veggies
with some low fat yougert
and i'll be damned if a few hours later i hunrgy again, so i ate a penut butter( low fat) sandwich with a proetin shake.............that almost worked
later at about 6pm i hugry again so i eat
2 chicken breasts, 2 cups whole wheat rice( with some kinda gravy on it) and green beans, later i was still hugry and almost ate the rest of the penut butter...............what gives i take a muti vit. and drink pleanty water and i get my protin intake like i need, but nothing seems to satisfy me........i meani went to a place called famous daves( resturant) and ate a platter for 2 people with 5 difernt kinds of meat on it( my treat for being good lol) still hugry!!!! whats the deal?? i stay the same body weight.........i'm alway between 240 and 245...........any clues? my mom geting pissed at me for eating everything !

Lifting that heavy (and Rev and others can back me up) you need a lot of cals to replenish the body. Eat more but if you want to keep the BF low make sure it is clean!

what i eats realy not that bad for me, maybe the peanut butter but its low fat......but i just feel i eat all day long lol guess thats the price i play

bigandrew-Im the same way I can eat and eat and eat and im never full It kills me because im hungry as hell but I dont want to eat to much to put on more weight that is not needed so im usually suffering. But on my off days I feel like im in a slump I eat right no exercise that day so I feel like im cheating myself even though I am suppose to have plenty of rest I just feel as if Im cheating myself by doing so.

Just as Mutt says, when your lifting that big you need fuel for your body. It's perfecty normal. Just make sure your not eating junk.

For the past few weeks I've cleaned up my diet drastically mainly consuming light colored meats. The closest I've gotten to red meat was baked ham slices (not deli cuts). Breakfast is my killer I dont eat enough
