Hey, i've been working out hard for my first two weeks and I'm feeling sick. I'm taking lots of vitamins but I still feel like crap. Should i still go excercising or should I stay at home?
Your body will get better much faster if you give it time to get better...you'll just prolong getting back to your workouts if you push it...just don't let it be an excuse not to get started again.:)
