hello again... can you please suggest good shoes for doing alot of aerobic workout...taLKED to my instructor today as i have been feeling alot of pain on my shins and she suggested i try a new pair of shoes..i was planning to buy a new one anyway just wondering if anyoune can suggest any good ones thanx

New balance..... Plus I believe new balance is the only American shoe company. I could be wrong but they do make a good shoe in my opinion. Attractive too.

I always ask the people at the store....but you could also look at a thread in the injuries forum by ravenbeauty about shinsplints...alot of good info on how to stretch the shins...could make it more comfortable for you even with the new shoes.

Best thing to do is to go to a reputable sports shoe store, I go to a New Balance store, but the Running Room, for example, offers all of the good brands. Talk to the staff about what your workout consists of and have them asses your walking gate (pronation, etc). Then grab a shoe that's right for you. I'm a runner and speaking from experience, the right shoe makes a huge difference! Expect to pay about $100 for a pair of good shoes.
