Usually i have been workign out with weights first and then hitting the bike. I recently read an article about doign any kind of aerobic or fat loss excersie first thing in the morning.

So I have decided to ride the bike, do calastetics (sp?) and some light boxing or shadow boxing in the morning. Then later in the day after work doign my weight training. Ive only started this yesterday.

Anyone aggree or disagree with that, or have any ideas?

Yes, this is fine. However, I would not do the morning cardio on empty stomach.

I disagree. I would avoid cardio on an empty stomach. It may prove too catabolic. I generally try to avoid fasted exercise whenever possible (the exception being while cutting for a tournament), and it is generally a bad idea.

don't you wish they'd have an option to edit posts like some other forums? LOL...would save a lot of misspells or when leaving out key pieces 'not' or "'t"..etc....

I actually feel better jogging in the morning on an empty stomach. I hardly ever feel physically hungry, and moderate cardio in the morning air about an hour before breakfast helps me to work up an appetite. If I eat in the morning without feeling hungry, I tend to feel sick.

Heh. To each his or her own.
