Great workout, expensive toys, lol. Most of the movements can be done with Dunmbbells or sandbags, which are usually cheaper... but if you can afford kettlebells, do it!

It's not like putting the weight on the end of a handle changes the workout. It's what you DO with them that makes the difference. Other than that, the only real difference with dumbbells is they're easier to swing and harder to grip.
Group I train events with has up to 80 kilo KB's. They are cool for conditioning but we could just as easily do the same thing with dumbbells (except for the 2 handed swings, since a DB handle is too small for 2 hands.)
