when they say your body needs a least a day of rest can you still get in some kind of exercise i think i am getting hooked on doing some kind of exercise every day. i love it man i feel so good i am 41 and did not feel this way when i was 18 . this is the best thing i have ever done for myself
The key is to listen to your body.. it is possible to train everyday.. but you must design your program to allow for at least 48hours rest for each major muscle group.
If you are trying to gain size or bulk.. then 5 days is the maximum for effective gains.
