Hi, I am a new member and I find exercise program working well but there are exercises that i don't think are not good for my body type. For example, 'Chins between Chairs' and 'Dips behind the Back'. I am not trying to build muscles, just tune up.

those are great for "tune up" - the dips is great so you don't have the flab on the back of your arm that waves whenever you wave bye

No idea what you mean.....chin ie chin ups are done on a pull up bar....
'tone up' is the same as build muscle and lose fat....so if you're not trying to build muscle then sitting on the couch is the best option....
these basic exercises are for everyone....there's no 'bodytype' ....I don't understand what you mean....if you want big and fast gains then you must work hard doing big compound exercises....
chin ups, dips, push ups are for anyone and everyone....if they seem hard then good...that's a challenge/goal that you need to overcome or achieve....don't make excuses(ie this is not for my bodytype or whatever else) and just do them....
if you can't do unassited chins/dips then use a machine that helps you....most gyms have it....or use a chair underneath....or look for other variations you can do....you can also do cable pull downs to substitute for chin ups/pull ups....

Menace, chins between chairs is an exercise supplied by FT... it's in the Home workout area...
If I remember correctly you place a broom stick between a couple of chairs and pull your upper body up from a laying down position...

oh...good improvisation....don't understand the problem with this then...he/she should be able to do those then...I mean if you're stuck in a hotel room you're pretty limited in thigns u can do....so i would just do what's available...
try resistance bands for convenience also....will give you numerous exercises in addition....
