Find the time, make a plan with your wife, each morning figure out when the best time would be for both of you for you to take 2hrs. You will have more energy to take care of "lil'Smak" or "Smak68" if you do. Explain this to your wife.

Just think how much more fit you will be to play and keep up with the new little one. Another thing is, healthy habits breed healthy habits. If you are eating good and going to the gym, though your baby is just that now, as the little smak67 grows, it is more than likely he/she will want to follow in dad's footsteps!! By the way, congratulations to you and your family.:big_smile:

smak - put that baby in the stroller and go! You can take some time and enjoy being a daddy, it is one of the best times in the world, congratulations!!! Your schedule will be topsy-turvey for a while, try to eat healthily and get some rest.
Baby packs, where you wear your baby on friont or in back allow for you to go out and get some exercise, walking or hiking and the baby will either sleep or stare around in wonder.
Make sure you give your wife some time to get away and relax or exercise, or just take a hot bath, also.
By staying fit and healthym you will be better parents and have more patience with the baby and each other.
What a blessing!
