I usually run everyday since the beginning of this traning program. But today it is raining and I need some cardio advice..I have a jump rope. But no treadmill or machine of that type. Any advice on what i could do to get that 30 min cadio that I have been doing all week?

Shadow boxing. Do three 3 minute rounds with about 30-90 seconds of rest in between. You want the rest time to be long enough, but not too long. Keep that heart rate up for the entire 10-12 minutes. If you feel your heart rate dropping, the break is over. You could also add in pushups and situps between rounds if you'd like that extra little burn.
If you have a PS2 and DDR Max, I also recommend playing that for a while. Go through the training sessions until you get to a challenging one that makes you sweat. Then do that one over and over and over again.

Or..march in place, then do jumping jacvks, then side to side shuffles, go up and down your stairs, move and don't stop! Create your own aerobics class!
