I am in the process of losing weight. I was wondering about the people who have nice physiques on here. I see some of your pictures and some of you are very lean and cut. bbifit's pictures come to mind. My question is do you do tons of cardio to stay this lean. I do hiit three times a week and lift the other three days and it seems like you would have to maintain a hard routine to keep you body in that condition. I am definitely not against working hard but what changes when you have reached your goals. I just hate the idea of having to do 45 or more min. of cardio everyday just to stay looking like that.

With all of them first and foremost comes their diets. They are very dedicated and knowledgable of what they eat and when.

You don't need to do 45 minutes of cardio a day to look like that. Eat right, try some HIIT (10-15 minutes a couple times a week), and weight train.

As the previous post states, it all comes down to the diet. Even when I bulk (which is most of the time) I eat pretty clean. If you're losing weight, you need to create a calorie deficit: expend more calories than you ingest. Now, you can also look to genetics when it comes to some people's physiques, but that's just a cop out. Persistance always pays off. Anyone can do it (barring any serious medical issues) and there are no secrets.
