I completed my Fitness program setup and I have a few questions. 1 It didn't mention anything about Cardio workouts, unless I overlooked it. How can I find out about that. 2 Also when doing the weight portion of the program, do you take a break after each set, exercise or what.
Anyways, thanks for listening hope you can help.

rest 30-60 seconds inbetween sets, unless you are doing a circuit routine or supersetting.
In my recollection, the suggested cardio workout is at the bottom of the daily workout page. Look again, I could be wrong, though.
