Hi everybody I am new to freetrainers and I have the worse legs and trying to build them up so if anybody has any ideas on how to build some rock legs please tell me

Hi, welcome to freetrainers.
Heavy weights and good form with compound exercises as your main focus will help you build your legs up.
Focus on squats, deadlifts, sumo squats, hack squats....
You will need to eat right to gain mass, also.
Check out the exercise programs here and see if there is a leg specialization program, there should be.

First suggestion, grab a free plan from this site... it'll get ya goin' on the legs you want...
Specific exercises, sissy squats, squats, leg extensions... just to name a few.

Rock hard legs? Grap a mountian bike, ride some trails. I gained 2 in in the 2 weeks after I got mine. To those who think mountain biking is cardio, think again... This is a surefire way to get good legs. The higher a gear you use the more you'll get out of it.
