LMAO-Hmmmmmmmmmm, it's a muscle also isn't it!? Maybe after you work it out; try sprinkling some Protein powder on the tip so that it might help it to recover faster, and come back stronger...Just kidding!
Actually a good diet and exercise seems to have positive affects.

Protein is a supplement that makes up for what is lacking...YIKES. lol sorry
Protein helps make up for not having to cook chicken, egg whites, steaks all day to get some of your protein intake. You can have protein powders/bars...and your MANHOOD will still hang in there. So to speak. :)
