I used to frequent this board 2 years ago. I was 5'9 205 20% bodyfat with 2 years natural training under my belt. I'm now 5'9 210 13% bodyfat. Arms went from 15 to 17. My bench is now 350 max. I've done 2 cycles properly. I dont condone steroid use, but if used safely and proper PCT is used with proper diet and training they are useful. I'll post some new pictures soon. My old pictures are still up.

wait, am i reading this wrong or are you saying that even though you don't condone their use, you used 2 "proper" steroid cycles to make the progress that you're telling us about? if this is the case, i don't mean to rain on your parade but that's not something to be proud of.

there is no safe substitute for natural bodybuilding, no mater how "proper" you think your methods and your post-cycle therapy are. for your sake i hope i'm reading this wrong because i would hate to see what looks like a great success story become tarnished by steroid use.
