Give your body some time to recover from the chnages pregnancy brings. It can take up to 18 months for your body to be back to a prepregnancy state hromonally. Ease back into exercise with walking and light resistance training. Start cleaning up your diet, but be aware that some foods may cause colic if you are breast feeding (broccoli, onions, I think)..La Leche League is a good resource for more info on breastfeeding and dietary choices.

A clean helthy diet will help your hormones rebalance as well. eating every 2-3 hours, some protein, carbs and fat will help stabilize your blood sugar and keep your energy levels more constant. Nap when those babies nap, too...overtired bodies don't respond as well to exercise as well rested ones.

Congrats on the babies, enjoy motherhood and kudos for wanting to get fitter and set a good example for them :)
