i was just wondering if its a good idea to do both plymetrics and a wiegth training program? plymetrics requires alot of rest!! is it a good idea to do wieghts on these days? wil this result in overtraining?
Throw plyometrics in once a week, if you are just supplementing your routine with it. Plyometrics is very usefule in building power and speed, but you are right - it requires a lot of rest.
Try picking a diffeent bodypart tp plyo each week and add it in as a superset on that day.
