I took my semi annual physical fitness test today.

17 pull ups
98 crunches in 2:00
3 mile run in 21:33

Overall I am satisfied, considering I didnt even train for it.

How many push-ups????

Good work, hec!
I am reading a book now and one of the studies it talks about is one where they tracked soldiers to see whether their fitness tests correlated down the road with injuries or illnesses. The men who did the best on the abdominal crunches/sit-ups had fewer injuries and back problems for the rest of the study, men who did well on the other tests but not as well on the abs had more injuries. The point was the importance of core strength....anyways, ramble on, ramble on...

I had to do that too in the army... my stats were, 50 push-ups, 75 sit-ups, and 2 miles run in 17:00...
