I don't usually venture into this topic area, but it seems like the place to post this..
Benched 135, 10 reps, spotter wtaching but not helping!!!
I remember the first time I did six(my spotter did a lot of work!).
Just excited, wanted to share!!

Yeah, two sets of ten this week is a big achievement, but 155 will be awesome when I get there!!

Excellent news, asimmer!!! I personally like it when women post in this forum. Keep it up and let us know when you break any more PRs. Its motivating to all of us, no matter who did it or with what weight.
