I can't seem to master Dips Behind the Back. Is there any other exercise I can do instead?
Thanks!

lying overhead extension, triceps kickbacks -- but dips seem to work the best for me -- try getting someone to help you

They start hard, but you progress through them really quickly. I'd suggest keeping at it.

When I first started doing dips I could do exactly two now I can do all my sets.
Keep at it and it will come.

It's very difficult doing them at my current weight -- over 260 lbs! Even though I have lost 65 lbs, it's still tough, but I guess I'll stick with it.
Thanks!

Dave, some others include close grip pushups or close grip bench press... tricep rope pushdowns...
