once and for all,while losing fat(cutting phase) can you gain muscle or not???????????

It's entirely possible, but I wouldn't expect it. The main goal should be maintaining the muscle you do have, and if you gain muscle, that's just an added bonus.

Calm down!!! I answered this in another forum...Shne's right, it is possible but don't count on it. When cutting down, you are also cutting calories. Therefore you are cutting energy stores that are necessary for muscle GAIN. Its not very easy to do. Your best bet is to bulk up then cut down while upping the protein intake and glutamine to maintain lean mass. :dumbbell:
